Seeds are living and biological materials and their final performance (efficiency, product quality and other criteria) depends on various external factors such as soil structure, climatic conditions, agricultural practices, cultivation techniques, disease and pest factors. Therefore, there is no guarantee of a specific efficiency, crop quality or absolute resistance to diseases. AREO makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, that the performance of the seeds shall result in economic returns.
The test values for the germination rates of the seeds stated on the packaging or in the shipping documents are based on analysis under controlled laboratory conditions. The person or entity to whom delivery is made acknowledges that germination rates realized on site may vary depending on agricultural practices and environmental factors. They bear all the risks that may arise in this regard and are also responsible for the storage of the products in optimum conditions as of the delivery time after the seed sale.
Unless otherwise expressly and in writing stated by AREO, AREO Tohumculuk A.Ş. owns the Site and all its factors, including, without limitation, texts, names, trademarks, advertising slogans, photographs, videos, graphics, designs and music. AREO Tohumculuk A.Ş. does not have the right to copy, download, delete, distribute or reproduce all visual, audio and other content on its website and official social media accounts, in whole or in part, without written permission from our company.
AREO shall not be liable for any information obtained from third party media or websites through any documents created in any physical or digital environment regarding our Company's products. Without AREO's knowledge and written consent, we reserve all kinds of complaints and legal claim rights against third parties and institutions that create and provide this information, content and documentation about any kind of expression, content, documentation in physical or digital media, including the Company's trade name, brands, logo, controlling company, partners, related companies, names/trade names of affiliates regarding AREO products.

After delivery of the seeds, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure proper storage and preservation conditions. Our company is not responsible for germination losses and other problems that may occur due to improper storage, transportation or application. It is strongly recommended to follow the instructions on the label of the seeds.
Purchased seeds can only be used for one-time production purposes. The reproduction, resale or other distribution of seeds is strictly prohibited and this means an abuse of the relevant intellectual property rights. Such violations may result in legal action being taken.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the use of the seeds complies with all applicable local and international legal regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our company is not liable for any damages that may result from the use of the seeds, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. The aggregate liability of our company shall in no case exceed the total amount paid by the buyer for the seeds concerned.
This legal notice and all disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and Istanbul Anatolian Courts shall have jurisdiction.
