Personal data may be obtained directly from the customer or from Dealers during each product and service promotion and marketing activity that we offer verbally, in writing or electronically through channels such as Company Headquarters, Regional Directorates, marketing promotional activities including trial planting areas, fair booths, as well as web pages and/or internet, call centers, in order to establish legal/commercial relationships with the customer specific to the product and/or fulfill the requirements of the signed contract, to determine product groups that appeal to the customer, to develop products according to customer needs, to provide promotion and support services within the scope of activity permission, and for purposes determined/limited by laws such as statistics and reporting. These data may be processed by HEKTAŞ as the Data Controller.
Due to legal regulations regarding the determination and storage of the customer's identity, address and access information within legal periods, and in order to comply with the information retention, reporting, and notification obligations stipulated by legal authorities, personal data is recorded, stored, protected, classified, updated, shared with third parties within legal limits, or processed in the ways specified in the KVKK by our Company as the Data Controller, as long as they are necessary for our business process or legal obligations.
Personal data held by our company is shared with official authorities legally authorized to request customer information from our company, our main shareholder, our group companies, direct/indirect domestic/foreign affiliates, third parties from whom services are received to carry out our activities, organizations with which we cooperate, program partners, parties with whom we do joint branding, and third parties with whom they cooperate, domestic/foreign organizations, to a limited extent with the purpose.
According to the KVKK, you have the right to: ask whether your personal data has been processed, request information if it has been processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it has been used in accordance with its purpose, learn about the third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically or abroad, request correction if the personal data is incomplete/incorrectly processed, request that this correction be reported to third parties to whom the information has been transferred, request deletion/destruction within the framework of conditions provided for in Article 7 of the KVKK, except for legal limits, request that your deletion/destruction request be reported to the third parties to whom it was transferred, object to the occurrence of an adverse result through analysis exclusively by automated systems, and to claim compensation for damages incurred due to illegal processing.
