Seeds are living and biological materials and their final performance (efficiency, product quality and other criteria) depends on various external factors such as soil structure, climatic conditions, agricultural practices, cultivation techniques, disease and pest factors. Therefore, there is no guarantee of a specific efficiency, crop quality or absolute resistance to diseases. HEKTAŞ Tohum makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, that the performance of the seeds shall result in economic returns.
The test values for the germination rates of the seeds stated on the packaging or in the shipping documents are based on analysis under controlled laboratory conditions. The person or entity to whom delivery is made acknowledges that germination rates realized on site may vary depending on agricultural practices and environmental factors. They bear all the risks that may arise in this regard and are also responsible for the storage of the products in optimum conditions as of the delivery time after the seed sale.
